Granshaw Limited has been involved with the NEC family of Contracts since the beginning and is one of the UK's most experienced and respected providers of NEC contract administration services to employers, project managers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.

Granshaw Limited is dedicated to the NEC forms of contracts. We only do NEC based projects and are therefore highly experienced in the practical application of the contract. We like to think of ourselves as time served tradesmen of running a live project rather than some theoretical academics found elsewhere.

Over the past eight years we have been working for prestigious clients such as Rail Link Engineering on the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and Tube Lines Limited on the Station Modernisation works.
